When changing the office water cooler bottle, place some clean floating toys to the water.

Pour some of the water from the bottle out into a plastic bag to make more room. Then watch people react when they see a small rubber duck bouncing around inside the bottle.

Better yet, notice how many people fail to notice the prank in the first place.
